How to get backlinks to your blog

If you are looking for backlinks to your blog or web sites, I offer free one way links in a variety of blogs that I maintain. All you need to do is post a "blurb" about your page or blog, include a link or two, and you're done.

This is absolutely free and some of the entries are quite interesting. There are plastic surgeons posting "blurbs," small retailers, spiritual gurus and even some lawyers who have posted their blurbs. Many of these are 'newbies' on the Internet, but there are also more experienced posters who know the value of backlinks.

All posts are strictly moderated so that the blogs are not full of spammy junk. Because of the review time, your post will not show immediately -- but if it complies with our terms, it will be posted and generate some linkage for you.

I started this service in an outreach to mom and pop business owners who have a heck of a time figuring out how to get traffic. Many of these people are still in the "reciprocal link" mode and give up after a time.

With Google's page rank updates, the PR has gone up and down on the blogs. One is back down to zero; two have PR3.
